Shipping policy

SHIPPING OPTIONS & COSTS

We ship using USPS and UPS from our Comal Pecan Farm Store in New Braunfels, Texas. Our shipping charges are based on your order's weight and destination and the shipping option that you select.

ORDER PROCESSING TIMEFRAME

We generally ship your order within 2 to 3 days of order placement. 

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please note we are unable to change your shipping address. Please contact us immediately at mark@comalpecanfarm.com if you need to change your address.  Only USPS can ship to PO Box.

US SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

DUE TO GOVERNMENT RESTRICTIONS WE ARE NOT ABLE TO SHIP INSHELL PECANS TO THE FOLLOWING TEXAS ZIPCODES:

Orders to these zipcodes that include inshell pecans will be cancelled and refunded due to this restriction.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Currently we are not shipping internationally.

TRACKING YOUR ODER

We will provide a tracking number for all USPS orders EXCEPT those shipped via First Class postage.

MISSING, LOST or DAMAGED ITEMS

Please notify us immediately of any missing, lost or damaged.  We will work with you to process your claim and if your delievery was insured, to help recover the costs of shipping and the package value, up to the amount of insurance included in your order.
