Pecan Oil to try. It was wonderful! I fried Tilapia at a fairly high temperature. It never smoked or smelled & the crust on the fish as golden brown & crunchy! I’m a big fan of the oil & will buy some more next time I am there. I think it is much lighter than olive oil. I tossed my potato wedges in pecan oil before roasting them instead of olive oil & they were a lot less greasy."
